We are operational in Indore City and are expanding to other cities as fast as we can. We have plans to operate in other cities too real soon.

03 In Case, my item is not listed in your list! Then, Will you buy it?

If you have used it in the past, probabilities are, somebody might want to reuse it or it is recycled. So we will make our best efforts to grab it from you if possible.

04 What's your plan for all this stuff?

We see if the stuff you are selling can be either reused by somebody else. If not, then we try if can it be refurbished. If that still is not the case, then we try to recycle or melt it away to make something better out of it with the help of our stakeholders.

05 If I'm a business. Then, Can you help me?

Great! We would love to serve you. Just give us a call or drop us a request and we will arrange a pickup for you. Also, we have regular scheduled pickup services for businesses. Just give us a call! :)

06 Are you going to charge additional price for Pickup Service?

Pickups are free. You just have to put in the dimensions & weight of your package we come to your place and pick up the baggage which you have. And be home/office/any other setup when they come to pick it up, or we would appreciate your physical presence at the time of pickup which /would be anytime between 9am and 6pm or something/ can be negotiated accordingly. You can do it all online.

08 What is the process to set up the Request for Token?

For First time users – you need to fill up the form with certain information in prescribed manner Registered user - can use their username and password to login. We request our Registered Users to fill up the form in order to get immediate Reply. Please provide the information about your needs in prescribed manner to help us serve you better. This information will enable us to route your request to the appropriate person. You can setup request for token by visiting our website / on call. You will receive a response within 24 hours. We will revert back to you with upmost priority.

09 Will I get receipt for the stuff /scrap sold or donated?

Every charge statement, each receipt is been valued at myscrapdeal. Yes, Definitely you will get a proper receipt / invoice for the scrap you have sold from the pickup boy. You can also download the same from your account’s dashboard on myscrapdeal. You can contact us in case of any discrepancy.

10 How am I able to track my Request / Token?

Just, Go to myscrapdeal.com > Click on Track Token > Then enter your Token ID and hit theTrack Button.

12 What ought to be the minimum weight to setup a request for token?

Very Important Question, It really matter a lot. In order to provide best service to our customer, we welcome our customers with no minimum quantity for scraps. But it depends on discretion of MyScrapDeal to pick-up scrap or not based on location & quantity. Well, we prefer minimum 10kg of scraps for pick-up request.

13 Can I register my Society?

Yes, you can register your society, we will provide you the service accordingly. When the entire baggage to be dumped at myscrapdeal is 10kg or more you can just visit our website or give us a call or mail us, we collect the baggage at door step. Please register your society.

14 What about refund / return policies?

Once you have sold your stuff and token id has closed, the request for refund money and / or return stuff will never be entertained in any circumstances.

15 Any identification to recognize your scrap pickup boy?

Yes, you may ask him to show his Identity card. Our Scrap pickup boy will be in proper dress code. We will also share the contact details of the pickup boy and vehicle number.

16 What about Weighing Techniques?

We are using Electronic / Digital weighing Machine. We will Weight your Scrap in front of you and pay you accordingly.

17 Whom are we serving?

Any Individual / Home, Society, University / Institute / School / Coaching, Mall / Shop, Bank, Corporate Office, Showroom, Hotel, Hospital and Others can be avail our services.

18 In case you donate/charity with myscrapdeal?

Scrap for you may not be scarp for others. You might be having various things at your place which are of no use to you. You can give it to us and we will further process it to the people who require it. We will do this through various NGO registered with us. You will get the certificate for the same and your photo will be visible on our website under “Kheech meri Photo” head, and also you will earn happiness points (Which can be redeemed later).

19 What is “Kheech meri Photo – Certificate of Appreciation” and where I can find it?

If you have Charity with us, You will get a Certificate of Appreciation and your photo with the same will be visible on our website under “Kheech meri Photo” head. Additionally, You can download your Certificate of Appreciation & Photo from your account’s dashboard on myscrapdeal.
